Hi, I'm Monique AKA Mo

I’m an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist based in Bristol, registered and accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I specialise in therapy tailored to children, young people, adults, couples, and families. Described by clients as a “breath of fresh air,” I bring a warm, approachable, and engaging style to therapy.

With several years of experience supporting children, young people, and adults, I work with a wide range of issues, including:

  • Life transitions
  • Depression
  • Trauma
  • Anxiety
  • Neurodiversity
  • Self-Esteem issues
  • Self-Harm
  • Stress (which includes stress related to COVID)
  • Suicidal feelings

I currently work part-time as a school counsellor across primary schools, secondary schools, and sixth forms, providing counselling for both students and staff.

Alongside this, I run a private practice in Bristol, offering flexible and personalised therapy in person and online. I work with clients locally, across the UK and internationally. I am also a trainee supervisor.
